Yes was - her name was Rachel. She is a true angel now. But then, well our paths were destined to cross, I can see it now.

What fuels you to do the things that you do? When you lie awake, dreaming of all that you desire in this life of yours

Is it the official education or certificate of accreditation? Is it life experience, or learning from the school of hard knocks? Is there even one right answer? Is one more important than the other?

Is there such a thing? While I love the word balance, it just makes you feel peaceful and accomplished when it rolls off your tongue. Balance. Balanced Life. Life Work Balance.

Why is it so hard sometimes to see ourselves as we really are. 

I don't know about you - but sometimes the Christmas joy can fly right out the door as you are shopping for that perfect present - the lines are long, traffic crazy, heck, people a little crazy,

Have you ever been stuck in a moment? A powerful moment that you want to relive over and over.

Wait, we're talking about confidence - why the heck is there a picture of a kid in the pool here? She's got cool glasses on, she does looks confident, but before you try to figure it out, I'll explain - but here's the thing, lets be real and talk first.

Being vulnerable is a hard thing to do. It takes guts to be your raw and real SELF. We tend to put up our guard so quickly, maybe even unintentionally, in our own defense to protect ourselves.

As I write this article, it's a little unsettling at how many people are lacking true happiness in their life. They search, but can not find it.

Just so we are clear, these are not literal tips to show you how to get your rear into the drivers seat of your car and drive, literally, anywhere in life. If you need those kind of tips - we might all be in trouble, or at least those on the roads around you!

The moment when all things come together. Memories play out in your mind and you smile. The words of the song move you deeply. A tear forms in gratitude. You feel infinitely small in this universe. You know there is more than the eye can see.

Can we just be real for one moment here. Yes that title is a little bold, but at the same time - doesn't it empower you to think about being a badass at something - in a good kind of way, or course.

Let me clarify. I'm not talking about a PLANK as in you're on the floor, sweating it out, strengthening your CORE as you shake like a leaf trying to hold form. (or is that just me shaking)...anyway.....
